This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data provided to us in the course of our business operations.
We place great importance on the privacy of our clients and contacts who visit our website and use our services. We exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. Personal data we process in general
Van Eijndhoven & Go only collects and processes personal data that is directly or indirectly shared with us in the context of exploring or using our services, or when you visit our website and provide this information yourself through the contact or request form. Both forms are sent by email.

Personal data we process in the execution of individual programmes
We collect and process personal and career data of individuals who are participating in individual coaching, outplacement, or sustainable employability programmes with us, for as far as these are necessary for the proper execution of these programmes.

We do not collect any special or sensitive data such as age, race, social security number, religion or belief, political affiliation, criminal record, sexual orientation, or membership of a trade union.
Purposes of the data processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

for entering into and/or executing a business relationship, more specifically with our clients and employees of our clients;

to be able to email or call you if this is necessary to provide our services;

Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
The primary legal basis for processing your personal data is that providing your personal data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship between your employer and us, or directly between you and us. In addition, other legal bases as outlined in the GDPR may become relevant to us at some point in the future.

Van Eijndhoven & Go only provides personal date to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement we enter into with you or with your employer, or if it is necessary for the protection of our legitimate interests or to comply with any legal obligation applicable to us.
This is especially the case with companies (like for example organisations that test whether we conduct personality questionnaires) or self-employed individuals (such as career coaches we hire) that process your personal data in our assignment.
As Data Controller we remain responsible for this processing. Apart from the situations mentioned above we will only share your personal data with third parties after your explicit consent.
Use for commercial purposes
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may use your personal data for market research and to optimise our services if desired. In this context, your data will be anonymised and will no longer be traceable to you.
Automated Decision-Making
Van Eijndhoven & Go does not make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that may have (significant) consequences for individuals. This involves decisions made by computer systems or programmes without any human involvement.
How long we store personal data
Van Eijndhoven & Go stores your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes described above, which are the purposes for which your data has been and is being collected and made available to our organisation.
The following specific storing periods for the respective processes are observed by us:

If you fill out a contact or enquiry form on the website, or send us an email, the data you provide us with will be stored for as long as necessary to fully respond to and handle your request, based on the nature of your enquiry as indicated in the form or the content of your email.

The personal and career data we have collected from individuals who are participating in career and/or coaching programmes with us, as far as necessary for the proper execution of these programmes, will be stored for up to one year after the completion of the programme and subsequently destroyed.

Van Eijndhoven & Go takes the protection of your data seriously and has implemented appropriate measures to safeguard against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised alteration.
