‘After having worked in the world of fitness for years I finally wanted a responsible job with more challenges. All that time I had different ideas about my next career step, but I found it hard to make a choice. Due to the coaching I was able to make a choice. The coaching conversations and the career scan quickly enabled me to discover my qualities and skills. Eventually it became clear: I wanted to become a private researcher. Meanwhile I have started the education and found a different job, so I could already leave the fitness world. By continuing to make things more concrete, after years of doubting I now have a wonderful career plan in front of me. This plan helps me to make concrete steps and eventually to become a private researcher.’
